"SHELL BULGARIA" AD
The founding team of "Civil Engineering" has been taking part in the investment program of SHELL in Bulgaria since its beginning in 1993 and has participated actively in the building and licensing of the first 12 SHELL petrol stations in the country. Since its founding in 1995, "Civil Engineering" OOD has accomplished the building of the following sites of "SHELL Bulgaria" AD:
- 1997 - Petrol station "SHELL - Hemus" – D. Bogrov village, Sofia;
- 1996 - Parking lot for petrol-tank trucks of "Shell Bulgaria" AD in Vetren village;
- 1996 - Parking lot of "Burgasbus" EAD in Burgas.
During 1997 – 1998 "Civil Engineering" OOD has taken part in the reconstruction – in compliance with the new standards of the investor – of the following sites:
- Petrol station "Shell - Maritza" in Plovdiv;
- Petrol station "Shell - Yablanitza" in Yablanitza;
- Petrol station "Shell - Simeonovo" in Sofia.
For the period June-July 2000 "Civil Engineering" OOD has carried out the repair and restoration work of replacing the existing damaged concrete road pavement of the site 'Petrol station SHELL - Yablanitza' by a new heavy-duty wear-proof concrete pavement. The total area of restored concrete pavement is 1925 m2.
"AMOCO BULGARIA Petroleum Products" EOOD
In February 1996 "Civil Engineering" was chosen by "AMOCO BULGARIA PP" EOOD for a general supervisor of the accomplishment of their construction program. During the period 1996-1997 two petrol stations were build – one in Burgas and one in Plovdiv. Currently they are owned by "Shell Bulgaria" AD.
"DAEWOO BULGARIA" AD
"Civil Engineering" OOD was a main contractor for the period 08.1998 - 09.1999 of the new building of "DAEWOO Bulgaria AD" in Sofia, consisting of an auto show-room and an office section with a gross floor area of 1800 sq. m, and for the overlaying the adjacent surroundings over an area of 8350 m2.
EMBASSY OF INDIA
In 1996 "Civil Engineering" OOD has carried out repair and restoration works in the Residence of the Embassy of India in Sofia.
A BRIDGE OVER BUL. "BOTEVGRADSKO SHOSE" IN SOFIA
Placement of a vacuumed concrete decking over the reinforced concrete construction of the bridge as a base for the waterproofing of the bridge in 1999.
ET "RUDI 96"
Completion of building and assembly work in an office section over an area of 135 m2 and placement of a special wear-proof concrete flooring over an area of 360 sq. m in a warehouse of the company ET "RUDI 96" in Gorni Losen district in Sofia in 1999.
"FULDA - BULGARIA" OOD
During the period September-November 1999 "Civil Engineering" OOD has carried out the building work of the Auto diagnostics center of "Fulda - Bulgaria" OOD and the shaping the yard area /vertical planning and pavement/, located in Sofia on bul. "Simeonovsko shose".
"KENDI" OOD - Bankya
In November 2000 the company has carried out construction work connected to the reconstruction and expansion of a warehouse of the "KENDI" OOD company in Bankya.
RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION
Carried out during the period 1997 – 2000, "turn-key ready" single family buildings in Sofia and the environs with a gross floor area of 4625 m2.
EMBASSY AND RESIDENCE OF THE PEOPLE’S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ALGERIA IN SOFIA
Repair and restoration works were carried out in 2009 and 2010.
Residential buildings were build in Sofia, Ovcha kupel district, during the period 2004 – 2009 with a gross floor area of 5150 m2.
